How do I sign-up for Instant Pay offers?
  • Step 1: Get a Wisely pay card by contacting the Manpower Associate Care Center (MACC) at 1-800-561-6934 or visiting manpower.com.
  • Step 2: Once you’ve received the Wisely pay card in the mail, activate it by following the instructions in the card kit.
  • Step 3: Download the ‘Instant Financial app’ in the Google Play or Apple App store, or visit app.instant.co.
  • Step 4: Follow the in-app instructions to create an Instant account, starting with entering your personal information (note: please enter your legal information as it was provided to ManpowerGroup during onboarding to avoid delays).
  • Step 5: Verify your identity by taking a selfie and picture of a photo ID.
  • Step 6: Add job location by typing “Manpower” in the search bar.
  • Step 7: Connect your Wisely card to your Instant account by entering your Social Security Number (SSN).
Instant Pay offers are delivered at 10:00 a.m. the day after each shift you work and expire at 10:00 p.m. the same day. If you don’t accept your Instant Pay offer, the pay you earned will be loaded on your Wisely card on payday. Remember to always clock in and out to receive your Instant Pay offer.
It typically takes about 24-48 hours after you’ve signed up for your account to be approved by the Manpower system. Once you’re approved, you will receive your Instant Pay offers at 10:00 a.m. each day after you work a shift.
At this time, only those who work at a client who uses Bullhorn Time & Attendance (both clock and web time) can sign up and access Instant Pay offers. Ask your manager if you’re eligible.
If you submit your hours on the Bullhorn web time portal, you must save the hours you work after every shift. If you forget to do so, you will not receive an Instant Pay offer. These hours must be submitted daily in order for you to receive Instant Pay offers.
Instant Pays repaid is the total Instant Pay you took during the applicable pay period. Click on the transaction in the Instant app to see a breakdown of each offer you’ve taken.

While we’d be sad to see you go, you can change your pay off the Wisely card if you would like. Before you do, we’d love to hear from you. Reach out to the Instant Support team to tell us how we can help or how we can be better in future.

If you’d still like to change, you must wait (may take a week or two) for all Instant Pay offers to be paid back. Once all offers are repaid, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Instant mobile app.
    2. Select ‘Jobs’ in the menu to find active assignments.
    3. Swipe left on the “Manpower Group” job to delete it.
    4. The next day MPG Payroll system will update and unblock your self-service portal (SSP).
    5. Now you can go into the self-service portal to switch your pay method.
