What if I don’t know my Employee ID?
This is the 7-digit alphanumeric code you were provided during onboarding, two letters followed by five numbers (ex: KA10001). This is the same code you use to access BBI Connect and BBI University.
What if I start creating an Instant account and get stuck on the screen where it asks for my Employee ID?
You can log back in and pick up where you left off.
What if I entered the wrong Employee ID?
You can remove your job location from Settings > Manage Jobs and add it back to enter in the correct Employee ID.
How can I tell if I am approved in the Instant system?
In the Settings page of the app go to Manage Jobs. If you have a green “Tips” icon under your job location you are approved and ready to receive tips.
